Wholesale and distribution: take orders without taking calls

A wholesaler's office spends its days re-typing orders sent by email, answering "do you have it in stock?" and chasing invoices. We build a B2B ordering portal connected to your stock and prices, an AI assistant that answers routine customer questions from your own data, and agents that follow up payments, and we prepare all of it for electronic invoicing.

How professional buyers choose a supplier

Business customers stay with a distributor who is reliable and easy to order from. They compare availability, delivery times, payment terms and how quickly someone answers. New customers often find a distributor by searching a product reference, a brand plus "wholesale", or a category plus a region, and they judge you on whether your catalogue is clear and current.

That is why the catalogue matters as much as the sales team: accurate references, clean photos, technical data, and pages that answer real questions about products and delivery. See SEO and product photos.

Where the time goes

  • Orders by email, phone and PDF, re-typed into the ERP, with errors on references and quantities.
  • Routine questions: stock, delivery date, tracking, a copy of an invoice, a price for a customer's tier.
  • Unpaid invoices: reminders sent when someone has time, disputes discovered late.
  • Reporting: margins, top customers, slow stock and sales by rep rebuilt from exports.
  • Prospecting: reps who have no time to find and approach new accounts.

What we would build

  • A B2B ordering portal: each customer logs in, sees their own prices and terms, reorders in a few clicks, downloads invoices and follows deliveries. See client portals and API integrations.
  • AI customer support that answers stock, delivery and invoice questions from your systems, says when it does not know, and hands over to a person with the conversation attached. See AI customer support.
  • An unpaid-invoice agent: polite reminders on the right dates, statements on request, and an alert to a person when a customer disputes. See the unpaid-invoice agent.
  • Dashboards that read your ERP every day: margin by customer and product, stock that does not move, orders at risk. See dashboards and data.
  • Prospecting for your reps: lists by segment and region, personalised emails drafted by AI, replies logged in the CRM; nothing sent without your validation. See AI prospecting.

French rules that shape the tools

Electronic invoicing. Since 1 September 2026, every company in France must be able to receive electronic invoices; large and mid-size companies must issue them through an approved platform. Small and micro businesses must issue them from 1 September 2027. For a distributor that sends many invoices, this is the moment to make sure the portal, the ERP and the approved platform talk to each other. We build around the approved platform you choose; we are not one.

Payment terms. The Commercial Code sets 30 days by default between businesses, with a maximum of 60 days from the invoice date or 45 days end of month when agreed, and late penalties are due without a reminder. The reminder agent follows the terms written on each invoice, never shorter ones.

Questions we get

Do you replace our ERP or e-commerce platform?

No. The portal and the agents connect to what you have. If your ERP offers an official API we use it; otherwise we agree on a reliable export and import.

Can the AI assistant quote prices?

Only the prices your systems give it for that customer, and only once the customer is identified. It never makes up a price or a delivery date.

Can you run Google Shopping for our products?

If you sell online to people who buy through Google, yes: we have built product feeds for Merchant Center. For trade-only catalogues, a clear portal and good product pages usually come first. See Google Shopping.

How do you start without disrupting the team?

With one flow, tested on a few customers in a separate environment, then opened to everyone when your team is comfortable. Every project has dev, uat and prod, and an off switch for each agent.
