Dev Team gives you developers and an operator working on your software every month: custom tools and CRMs, client portals, integrations, AI features. They work with AI coding agents under review, ship through dev / uat / prod, and keep the code in your repositories.

What the team can build
- Custom software and CRMs built around your process.
- Client portals where your customers follow their file, deliverables and invoices.
- Integrations we have already built: Stripe, transactional email, Google Calendar booking with Meet links, Google Ads API, Meta Ads API, Search Console API, Shopify Admin API, a supplier API, NocoDB and GitHub Actions.
- Claude and MCP: an MCP server that lets a whole team plug their own Claude into the company's system, every call logged. We run one for our own team.
- Bots on Telegram, WhatsApp and team chat: we run 12 on our own self-hosted chat.
How the team works
AI coding agents (Claude Code) do much of the typing; developers review, test and merge. Every project has dev / uat / prod, builds run on GitHub Actions, apps run in Docker Compose with health checks and daily snapshots. You see each change on its preview address before it reaches your users.
Questions we get
Do we need a CTO to work with you?
No. If you have none, the CTO-as-a-service role can be part of the pack: architecture, choices and trade-offs written down for you.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We read it first and tell you what we would keep, fix or replace, before committing to a roadmap.
What is the price of Dev Team?
It is quoted on the size of the team and your roadmap. Ask for your plan and the price comes with it.
