Pack: operations
Ops Autopilot: less admin, fewer copy-pastes, a team that sees the same picture
Ops Autopilot takes the admin off your team: an AI sorts your mailbox (it moves and labels, never deletes), a notetaker joins your calls and transcribes them, automations move information between your tools, and an internal operating system keeps clients, tasks and priorities in one place, hosted and backed up.
What is in the pack
Each month
- Your mailbox sorted by AI on a schedule: moved and labelled, never deleted
- A notetaker that joins your video calls, records and transcribes, self-hosted
- Automations between your site, CRM, email and chat, maintained as your tools change
- An internal OS for your team: pipeline, work items, priorities, bots on chat or WhatsApp
- Hosting with Docker, daily snapshots, backups, SSL and monitoring
Indicative scope. The exact scope and the price are set with you after a first look at your business.
We run it for ourselves first
- Email triage: an AI sorts our founder's mailbox every 2 hours. It moves and labels; it never deletes.
- Meeting notes: a self-hosted notetaker bot joins video calls, records and transcribes.
- Internal OS: Takat OS, our own, holds the CRM pipeline, work items, roadmap and priorities, with bots on our team chat and WhatsApp, on one self-hosted server.
- Hosting: we moved many apps off managed cloud platforms onto our own server with Docker; after an audit of our 34 projects, our own Google Cloud spend roughly halved.
Document AI: answers from your own files
When your team keeps searching the same documents, we set up an assistant that answers from them, citing where the answer comes from. We have prepared a 1,226-document corpus for a CRM assistant and built a proof of concept that answers on insurance underwriting conditions. It can be added to this pack.
Rules that do not change
- Nothing is deleted by our automations: emails are moved or labelled, records are archived.
- Every bot action is logged; every automation has an owner and an off switch.
- Your data stays in your accounts or on a server dedicated to you, with backups.
Questions we get
Do we have to change all our tools?
No. We connect the tools you already use. An internal OS is only proposed when scattered tools are the real problem.
Is our data safe on your server?
It runs on a server we operate with daily snapshots and backups, or on your own infrastructure if you prefer. Access is limited to the people who need it.
What is the price of Ops Autopilot?
It is quoted for your team after a first look at how you work today. Ask for your plan and the price comes with it.
