A dedicated development team that ships every week, under your control
Our dedicated team service gives you developers who work on your product month after month, as if they were in-house: they plan with you, build on their own branches, show each change at a preview address, and release only what you have approved. They work with AI coding agents (Claude Code) to go faster, and a human reviews and merges every change.
What we do for you
- A small team sized to your roadmap: developers plus the operator who runs the method
- A shared backlog with priorities you set, and a short weekly review
- Work on named branches, each with its own preview address to try the change
- dev, uat and prod environments; builds on GitHub Actions, never on the production server
- AI-assisted coding under human review: agents draft, people read, test and merge
- Integrations with the tools you use (payments, email, calendars, ads, CRMs)
- Documentation kept next to the code, so the knowledge stays with you
Who it is for
- Fits: companies with a product or platform and more ideas than developers
- Fits: founders who need a steady team without hiring one yet
- Fits: businesses whose agency built version one and disappeared
- Does not fit: projects that need people on site full time, or a team you cannot give access to the code
What our team has built
- A creator-marketing platform in South Africa (creator profiles, brand campaigns, generated PDF "passports"), live.
- A booking and customer platform with dashboards for a restaurant group, live, including the migration of its customer base from a previous tool.
- A management SaaS for training organisations in France, on Next.js and Postgres, live.
- A safari quote assistant with separate dev, uat and prod environments, for travel in Southern Africa.
- A desktop app for Mac and Windows with automatic updates (our own video app), Telegram and WhatsApp bots, and 12 bots on a self-hosted team chat.
- Integrations with Stripe, Resend, Google Calendar with Meet links, the Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console and Shopify Admin APIs, and an MCP server that lets a whole team plug their own Claude into the company's operating system, every call logged.
How AI-assisted development works here
Claude Code, from Anthropic, is an agentic coding tool that reads a codebase, edits files, runs commands and works with git. Our developers and operator use it every day to write code, tests and migrations faster. The rule is simple: the agent proposes, a person reviews, tests in a preview or uat environment, and merges. Nothing reaches production because an agent decided so.
Builds and deployments run on GitHub Actions, a CI/CD platform that builds, tests and deploys code when something happens in the repository, such as a merged pull request. That keeps the production server for serving your users, not compiling code.
A typical week
- Monday. Priorities confirmed with you from the backlog.
- During the week. Work on branches; each change gets a preview address you can open on your phone.
- Review. You or your team test the previews; we fix what you flag.
- Release. Approved changes go to uat, then prod, with automatic rollback if a health check fails.
- Friday. A short written summary: shipped, in progress, blocked, next.
What we need from you
- One person who decides priorities and approves releases
- Access to the code repository, or permission for us to create one in your name
- Access to the services the product depends on, in test mode first
- Feedback on previews within an agreed delay, so work does not wait
Questions we get
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository is yours or transferred to you, and documentation lives next to the code.
Is the code written by AI?
Partly drafted by AI coding agents, always reviewed, tested and merged by a person. We use AI to go faster, not to skip review.
Can you build native mobile apps?
We build responsive web apps that can be installed on a phone, and a desktop app for Mac and Windows. We have not yet shipped a native iOS or Android app.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes, from one month to the next, with notice agreed at the start. The method and environments stay the same whatever the size.
