Growth for hotels and tour operators: get chosen while the trip is still a dream
Travellers plan in two stages: first they dream and compare destinations, on Instagram, YouTube, blogs and now AI assistants; then they check prices and book, often on Google or a booking platform. We work on both: pages and videos that help people plan a trip to your place, and a Google profile and booking path that make booking direct the easy choice.
How travellers decide
The dreaming stage is visual and slow: short videos, photos, itineraries, "best time to visit", "what to do in three days". More and more of this happens in conversation with an AI assistant, which builds an itinerary and names places. Those assistants can only use what is clearly written somewhere: a precise page about your area, your rooms or your tours is the raw material.
The booking stage is fast and price-driven. On Google, a traveller sees a hotel's profile, its photos and reviews, and a list of prices from different booking sites. If your own site is not among them, the guest books through someone else.
What we do for a hotel or tour operator
- Free booking links and the Google profile: Google's hotel free booking links show your own booking site with its rate next to the others, with no cost per click. Hotels can join through the Hotel Center starter guide, or through their reservation system provider if it is already connected to Google. On the Business Profile, Google's rules say hotels should not list opening hours; we keep photos, amenities and descriptions right instead. See local SEO.
- Planning pages, not brochure pages: "getting here from the airport", "what to do nearby in winter", "which room for a family of four", each answering one real question with true details, in the languages your guests speak. See SEO.
- Videos in every format: 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and Stories, 16:9 for YouTube and your site, square for feeds, from your own footage with voice-over in several languages. See video ads.
- Meta and Google ads for your seasons: campaigns for shoulder seasons, events or a new tour, created paused, with a daily cap and a stop rule written before launch. See Meta Ads.
- A booking path that is short on a phone, and booking events measured in GA4 with consent, so we know which page and which ad brought the reservation.
Pitfalls specific to travel
Reviews are the product. Google's policy forbids offering anything in exchange for a review and forbids pressuring guests to post one while they are on the premises. We help you ask after the stay and answer every review, good or bad, and we never post or buy reviews.
Seasonal truth. Pages and ads that show summer photos in February, or a pool that is closed, create bad reviews. We date seasonal content and change it with the season.
Prices change daily. We do not write prices into pages or ads unless they come from your booking system and stay current. The booking engine shows the price; the page shows the reason to book.
What we need from you
- Your booking engine or channel manager details, so we can check whether you can connect to Google's hotel links.
- Manager access to your Google profile, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and ad accounts in your name.
- Raw video and photos of rooms, views, food and activities; we do the editing and the formats.
- Your seasons, events and minimum stays, a few weeks ahead.
Questions we get
Can you reduce our dependence on booking platforms?
We can make booking direct easier and more visible: free booking links where you are eligible, a clear booking path and ads that send people to your site. Platforms will still bring guests; the goal is a healthier share of direct bookings, not a promise of a number.
Do you make videos without coming on site?
Yes. We edit your own footage (a phone is enough) into the formats each platform needs, with a script you approve and voice-over in several languages.
Which languages can you cover?
We write in English, French and German today, and produce voice-over in more languages. Each language version is written for that audience, not translated word for word.
Do you manage Google Hotel Ads?
No. We start with the free booking links and your Business Profile, which have no cost per click. Paid hotel campaigns are not part of what we run today; our paid work is Google Search and Meta ads.
