ServiceGrowth: SEO & ads
Short video ads, scripted from facts and cut for every screen
Our video ads service turns your offer into short promo videos ready for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook Reels, Shorts and your own website: a script built from sourced facts, motion design, AI voice-over in the languages you need, and every video delivered in the formats each platform uses — vertical 9:16, horizontal 16:9 and square. We have made 58 such videos for 29 websites and published them on YouTube.
What we do for you
- A script written from your confirmed facts, with every figure sourced
- Motion-design videos built from your product, screenshots, photos and brand
- AI voice-over in several languages, and on-screen captions
- Delivery in several formats from one project: 9:16, 16:9, square and others when needed
- Versions cut for different lengths, for example a short opener for skippable ads and a full explainer for your site
- Upload to YouTube and integration into your website when you want it
- Use in your Google and Meta campaigns, under the same approval rules as all our ads
Who it is for
- Fits: products or services that are easier to show than to describe (software, training, a process, a place)
- Fits: businesses that need the same message in several languages
- Fits: advertisers on Meta who need vertical video for Reels and Stories
- Does not fit: projects needing a film crew, actors on set or a shoot on location — we do motion design and voice-over, not live filming
How we make a video
- Brief. You tell us the offer, the audience and the action you want. We gather the facts and sources.
- Sourced script. Our own app, Takat Video, turns the brief into a script where every claim comes from a source or from you. You approve the script before any rendering.
- Production. Motion design from your real material (product, screenshots, photos), AI voice-over, captions.
- Render in four formats. The same project is rendered for vertical, horizontal, square and other placements, so nothing is awkwardly cropped.
- Review and publish. You review every version; we upload to YouTube, place it on your site or load it into your ad campaigns.
What the platforms' formats mean for your video
Each placement has rules that change how a video must be built. These are the ones we design for, from Google's and Meta's documentation:
| Format | Platform rule | How we build for it |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube skippable in-stream | Viewers can skip after 5 seconds; with CPV bidding you pay when someone watches 30 seconds (or the whole video if shorter) or interacts | The offer and brand appear in the first 5 seconds |
| YouTube bumper | Non-skippable, between 5 and 6 seconds | One idea, one image, the brand |
| YouTube non-skippable in-stream | 60 seconds or shorter | Kept short; we rarely recommend the full length |
| YouTube Shorts ads | Viewers can skip immediately by swiping | Vertical, the hook in the very first frame |
| Facebook feed video | Recommended ratio 4:5, 1440 × 1800 pixels | A 4:5 render rather than a 16:9 video with black bars |
| Instagram Reels ads | 9:16, recommended 1440 × 2560 pixels; captions optional but recommended; sound strongly recommended; keep 14% top, 35% bottom, 6% sides free of key elements | Captions burned in, text and logo inside the safe zone, voice-over on |
Why one project, many formats
A horizontal video squeezed into a vertical frame loses half its picture; a vertical one shown in a horizontal player is a narrow strip. Rendering each format from the same project keeps the composition right everywhere and keeps the message consistent across YouTube, Reels, your site and your ads. It also makes testing cheap: a new opening or a new language is a new render, not a new production.
What we need from you
- Your offer and its true conditions, and the action you want viewers to take
- Your logo, colours and the visual material you have (product photos, screenshots, photos of the place)
- The languages you need
- Approval of the script, then of the finished versions
- Access to your YouTube channel if we publish for you
Rules we keep
- No invented figures, results or testimonials in the script
- No actors pretending to be customers
- Music and assets used only with the rights to use them
- Ads that concern housing, employment or financial products declared in Meta's Special Ad Category when used on Meta
How we measure a video
In ads, a video is judged like any creative: on the sales or enquiries it brings at the agreed cost, compared in a fair test against another version (see Meta Ads and Google Ads). On your site or YouTube, we look at views and at whether visitors who watch go on to act. We do not promise views.
Questions we get
Do you film on location?
No. We make motion-design videos from your material, with AI voice-over and captions. If you need live filming, we can work from footage you provide.
Which formats will I receive?
One project is rendered in several formats, typically vertical 9:16, horizontal 16:9 and square, plus others a placement requires.
Can the video be in several languages?
Yes. The voice-over and captions can be produced in several languages from the same project.
How long should a video ad be?
It depends on the placement: YouTube bumpers last 5 to 6 seconds and skippable ads can be skipped after 5 seconds, so the message must land early. We usually make a short cut and a longer one.
Is the voice a real person?
No, it is an AI voice. We say so if you ask, and we never present it as a customer or an employee speaking.
