Home care services: earn the family's trust before the first visit

Families looking for home help, cleaning or childcare search locally, often in a hurry, and want to know three things: can you come, can they trust you, and what will it cost after the tax credit. We make your agency easy to find and easy to understand, answer requests at any hour without losing the human touch, and build a simple space where families follow visits and invoices.

How families choose a provider

The search is local and personal: "home help for elderly parent" plus a town, "cleaning service" near me, "after-school childcare". Often it is an adult child searching for a parent who lives elsewhere. They look at the Google profile, the reviews and the website, and call two or three agencies. The one that answers quickly, explains clearly and sounds human gets the first visit.

In France, the money question is the tax credit. Service-Public states that the credit for employing someone at home covers 50 % of the expenses within annual ceilings, for services such as cleaning, childcare at home, gardening, tutoring or help for dependent people, whether the person is employed directly or through an approved or declared organisation. Through the immediate advance (URSSAF, via Cesu+), the credit can be deducted at the time of payment instead of a year later. A family that understands this on your site is far more likely to call.

Where the time goes

  • Requests at all hours: calls and messages after closing time, forms that wait until Monday.
  • Planning and replacements: a carer is ill, ten visits must be moved and every family told.
  • Families asking for news: "did she come today?", "what was done?", answered by phone one by one.
  • Invoices and tax documents: monthly invoices, questions about the tax credit and the immediate advance.

What we would build

  • Local visibility: an accurate Google Business Profile, a site with one page per real service, and a plain explanation of the tax credit, written from the official pages and dated. See local SEO.
  • An assistant that answers first contacts on WhatsApp or your site, collects the need, the town and the availability, and books a call with your coordinator; anything sensitive goes straight to a person. See WhatsApp AI agents and website chat assistant.
  • Instant alerts so a new request reaches the right person in minutes, filed in a simple CRM. See lead capture.
  • A family space: visits done and planned, messages, invoices, each family with its own access. See client portals.
  • Automations for the office: replacement notices, invoice reminders and monthly summaries prepared automatically and checked by a person. See workflow automation.

Rules that shape what we write and build

Declaration and approval. In France, declaring a personal-services activity is optional but it is what lets your clients claim the tax advantages. Some activities need an approval (agrément), such as childcare for children under three, or help for elderly or disabled people when you work as an intermediary (mandataire); working directly (prestataire) for those people falls under an authorisation from the departmental council. We only write on your site what your actual declaration, approval or authorisation covers.

Ads about age and health. Meta's advertising standards forbid ads that assert or imply a personal attribute of the viewer, including age, health or disability. Meta's own example: "Meet seniors" is allowed, "Meet other seniors" is not. So we write ads about the service ("home help in your town, tax credit explained"), never about the reader's condition.

Data. Information about a person's health or dependency is sensitive. It stays in tools hosted in your name or on a server we run for you, with access per person and logs.

Questions we get

Will an AI talk to elderly people instead of us?

No. The assistant handles first contacts and practical questions, mostly with family members, and passes anything personal or delicate to your coordinator. You decide what it may answer.

Can you calculate the tax credit for each family on our site?

We can explain the rule clearly and link to the official simulator and pages. We would not show a personalised amount unless it comes from a rule you validate and that is kept up to date.

Do we need to be declared to work with you?

No, but what we write about tax advantages depends on it. We check your declaration, approval or authorisation first and write only what it covers.

Can families see the visit schedule?

Yes, with a family space connected to your planning tool if it can export or connect, or to a simple planning we build. Each family sees only its own visits and invoices.
