Sales collateral that helps you close: brochures, proposals, decks and audits
Our sales collateral service writes and designs the documents your prospects read before they decide: brochures delivered as a print-ready PDF plus editable PowerPoint and Word files, proposals and quotes, pitch decks, and audits of a prospect's own website or marketing that show them, with their own data, what could improve. Every claim in them is true and every figure has a source.
What we do for you
- Brochures: an 8-page format we use often, delivered as PDF and as editable PowerPoint and Word files
- Proposal and quote templates your team can reuse, with your terms and structure
- Pitch decks for investors, partners or large clients
- Prospect audits in PDF: SEO, website speed, Google Business Profile or ads, built on the prospect's real data
- Copy written from your confirmed facts: offer, process, team, references you are allowed to name
- A consistent look across all documents, matched to your brand
- Versions in several languages when you sell abroad
Who it is for
- Fits: B2B companies whose deals involve a document the client circulates internally
- Fits: training organisations, agencies, consultancies and manufacturers that need a clear brochure
- Fits: sellers who want to open conversations with something useful for the prospect, such as an audit
- Does not fit: documents meant to impress with figures you cannot prove
What we have delivered
We produce these documents for our own sales and for clients. Examples, anonymised: a programme brochure delivered as an 8-page PDF with the same content in PowerPoint and Word so the client could edit it; proposals, quotes and pitch decks; and SEO and growth audits delivered as PDF reports to clients in Europe and India.
Why editable files matter
A brochure that only exists as a designer's PDF becomes outdated the day a price, a date or a name changes. We deliver the finished PDF for sending and printing, plus PowerPoint and Word versions your team can update without calling anyone. Proposal and quote templates work the same way: a clear structure you fill in, not a new design each time.
Audits that open conversations
A good audit shows a prospect something true about their own business that they had not seen. We build them on real data: search demand for their services, their Google Business Profile, their site's speed and structure. For speed, we use Google's PageSpeed Insights, which combines lab data from Lighthouse — "collected in a controlled environment", useful for debugging — with field data from real Chrome users, which captures "true, real-world user experience"; Google notes that the two can differ, so we say which one each figure comes from. Speed is assessed against Google's Core Web Vitals thresholds: content shown within 2.5 seconds, responses to interaction under 200 milliseconds, layout shift under 0.1.
An audit never invents a loss ("you are losing X a month") and never promises a result. It shows the gaps and what we would do first.
How we work
- Purpose. Who reads the document, at what stage of the sale, and what they should do after reading it.
- Facts. We collect your facts and the references you are allowed to name; you confirm them.
- Structure and copy. A plan, then the text: plain sentences, one idea per page, figures sourced.
- Design. Your brand applied consistently; PDF for sending, editable files for your team.
- Review. You review, we correct, and deliver the final files with a short note on how to update them.
Rules we keep
| Tempting | What we do |
|---|---|
| Client logos you have no permission to show | Only references you are allowed to name |
| Round, impressive figures with no source | Real figures with their source, or none |
| Testimonials written for the occasion | Only real quotes, with permission |
| Audits that exaggerate problems to scare | Gaps measured and explained, with the data source |
| Promised results | What we will do and how we will measure it |
What we need from you
- Your offer, process, team and the references you can name
- Your logo, fonts and colours, or our help defining them
- For audits, the prospect's website and location (and their consent if we use non-public data)
- A reviewer on your side for each draft
Questions we get
Which formats do you deliver?
A finished PDF plus editable PowerPoint and Word versions for brochures; editable templates for proposals and quotes; PowerPoint or PDF for decks.
Can my team update the documents later?
Yes. That is why we deliver editable files and keep the layout simple to maintain.
What goes into a prospect audit?
Depending on the offer: search demand for their services, their Google Business Profile, their website speed against Core Web Vitals, and the first changes we would make. All from real data, with sources.
Do you write the text too?
Yes, from facts you confirm. We do not add figures, references or testimonials you cannot back up.
Can documents be in several languages?
Yes. We have delivered documents in English and French, and can produce other languages.
