Audits: a clear, sourced diagnosis of what to fix first

Our audit service gives you a written diagnosis of one area of your business, whether that is SEO and growth, Google Business Profile and local visibility, ads accounts, tracking, cloud and hosting costs, or where AI could save time, with a short list of what to fix first and why. We have delivered SEO and growth audits in PDF to clients in Europe and India, and we audited our own 34 cloud projects before cutting our own Google Cloud spend roughly in half.

What we do for you

  • A scoping call to pick the area and the questions the audit must answer
  • Read access to your tools, in your name: Search Console, analytics, ad accounts, cloud billing
  • Checks against the platforms' own published rules, with the source of each rule
  • Your data first: real searches, real costs, real conversion counts, never invented benchmarks
  • A PDF report in plain language: findings, evidence, and a ranked list of fixes
  • For each fix: effort, expected effect in words (not invented percentages), and who can do it
  • A call to walk through the report and answer questions
  • No obligation to buy anything else from us afterwards

Who it is for

  • Fits: owners who feel something is off (traffic, leads, ad costs, cloud bill) but do not know where
  • Fits: businesses about to hire an agency or a freelancer and wanting an independent starting point
  • Fits: teams wondering where AI would really help before buying tools
  • Does not fit: anyone looking for a guarantee of rankings or sales; an audit tells you what to fix, not what Google will do

What we have audited

  • SEO and growth audits delivered as PDF reports to clients in Europe and India.
  • A Google Maps and Meta Ads audit for a jeweller in India, comparing the business with local competitors.
  • Our own cloud: 34 projects reviewed, after which we roughly halved our own monthly Google Cloud spend.
  • Our own 38 websites, which our SEO engine checks and improves every working day.

How we keep an audit honest

Every finding is tied to evidence from your own data or to a published platform rule. For example, Google states that it doesn't accept payment to crawl a site more often or rank it higher, and doesn't guarantee to crawl, index or serve a page; Google Search publishes Core Web Vitals thresholds (LCP within 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds, CLS under 0.1) while making clear that good scores don't guarantee top rankings; and Google Business Profile Help names relevance, distance and prominence as the main local ranking factors. We quote rules like these with their source rather than repeating industry myths.

We do not use invented benchmarks or promise percentages of improvement. Where we are unsure, the report says so.

How it works

  1. Scope: one area, the questions to answer, the accesses needed.
  2. Collect: read-only access, data exports, a look at the site or account.
  3. Analyse: checks against platform rules and your own numbers.
  4. Report: a PDF in plain language, findings ranked by impact and effort.
  5. Walk-through: a call to go through it together.

What the report looks like

  • A one-page summary for the owner: the three to five things that matter most, in plain words.
  • Findings with evidence: a screenshot, a number from your own account, or a link to the platform rule.
  • A ranked action list: what to fix first, the effort it takes, and who can do it.
  • What we did not check, and what we are unsure about, stated openly.
  • Sources for every platform rule we quote, with the date we checked it.

Questions we get

Do you need full access to my accounts?

Read access is usually enough. Accounts stay in your name, and you can remove our access once the audit is delivered.

Will the audit tell me how much traffic or sales I will gain?

No. It tells you what is wrong and what to fix first, with evidence. Results depend on your market, your offer and how platforms respond, which no one can guarantee.

Do I have to hire you to do the fixes?

No. The report is written so that your team, a freelancer or another agency can act on it.

In which languages do you deliver?

In English or French. Audits are delivered as a PDF report plus a walk-through call.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on the area and on how quickly we get access. We agree the scope and the delivery date in the scoping call, before any work starts, so you know when to expect the report.
