AI training for your team: practical workshops on your own work, with clear rules

Our AI training service teaches your team to use AI tools on the tasks they actually do, such as writing, summarising, research, customer replies and spreadsheets, in hands-on workshops with clear rules on what not to share and what to check. It is led by our founder, who teaches AI as a trainer in a French business school, and by the people who build our own AI agents and automations.

What we do for you

  • A short survey before the session: roles, tools in use, tasks people would like help with
  • Hands-on workshops built on your own tasks and documents, not generic demos
  • Prompting basics: giving context, examples and a format; checking the answer
  • Safe-use rules: what data not to paste, how to verify facts, when a person must decide
  • Role-based tracks: management, sales, support, operations, marketing
  • An AI opportunity review: where AI saves time in your business, and where it does not
  • A written record of who was trained, on what and when
  • A follow-up session to answer questions from real use

Who it is for

  • Fits: small and mid-sized teams starting with AI tools, or using them without shared rules
  • Fits: managers who want to know where AI really saves time before buying anything
  • Fits: organisations that use AI systems and want to document their staff's AI literacy
  • Does not fit: deep technical training for machine-learning engineers; that is a different course

Training built on your real work

People learn AI fastest on their own tasks. Before a workshop, we collect a few real examples from each role, anonymised where needed: an email to answer, a report to summarise, a list to clean. During the session, everyone works on those, compares results and learns to check them. The aim is not to impress, it is that people use the tools well on Monday morning.

Our founder teaches AI as a trainer in a French business school, to adult learners. The same people who build our WhatsApp agents, email triage and document assistants run the practical parts, so examples come from systems that actually run.

Typical programme

ModuleWhat people leave with
What AI tools do well and badlyA realistic picture: drafting, summarising and sorting are strong; facts, figures and law need checking
Prompting on your own tasksA handful of prompts that work for their job, saved and shared
Checking answersA habit: source, figure and name checks before anything leaves the company
Data and confidentialityClear rules on what not to paste into a tool, in line with your policies
Automating a small taskOne small workflow they can run themselves
Where AI fits your businessA short list of opportunities, ranked by time saved and risk

The EU AI Act and AI literacy

Article 4 of the EU AI Act sets an AI literacy obligation for providers and deployers of AI systems: they take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and of other persons dealing with the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf. The European Commission's Q&A states that it has applied since 2 February 2025, that no certificate is needed (organisations can keep an internal record of trainings and other initiatives), and that there is no one-size-fits-all format: the approach should fit staff knowledge, context and the risks of the systems used.

The Commission also notes that amendments that entered into force in mid-July 2026 keep AI literacy as an obligation without mandating a specific or “sufficient” level, while deployers of high-risk AI systems must still ensure their staff are trained for human oversight. Our training gives you a written record of sessions; whether it meets your own obligations is for you and your advisers to decide.

Formats

  • Half-day workshop for one team, on its own tasks.
  • Programme over several weeks, one module at a time, with practice in between.
  • Leadership session: where AI fits, what to buy or not, what rules to set.
  • On-site or remote, in English or French.

After the training

A workshop changes habits only if people keep using what they learned. After each session, participants keep their own prompts and examples, and the team gets a one-page set of rules: which tools are allowed, what data never goes in, what must be checked by a person before it leaves the company.

A few weeks later, a follow-up session starts from real use: what worked, what went wrong, what people want to do next. That is often where the best automation ideas appear, and we can then help with workflow automation if you want to go further.

Questions we get

Do my employees need an AI certificate under the EU AI Act?

According to the European Commission's Q&A on AI literacy, no certificate is needed; organisations can keep an internal record of trainings and other initiatives. We provide a written record of who was trained, on what and when.

Which AI tools do you train on?

The ones your team uses or is allowed to use. We focus on habits that work across tools: giving context, asking for a format, checking the answer, protecting data.

Can you train people with no technical background?

Yes, that is most of our audience. Sessions are hands-on and in plain language; nobody needs to code.

Will you tell us where AI is not worth it?

Yes. The opportunity review ranks tasks by time saved and risk, and some tasks are better left to people or to plain rules.
