Logistics and transport: answer “where is it?” before anyone asks
In a transport or logistics company, the office is flooded by the same questions: where is my delivery, can you quote this run, where is the proof of delivery, when will you pay. We build a portal where customers follow their shipments and documents, an AI assistant that answers from your own data, watches that warn you when something slips, and agents that keep invoices on their legal schedule.
How shippers choose a carrier
Shippers buy reliability: on-time delivery, a clear answer when something goes wrong, documents that arrive without asking, and invoices that match the quote. New business comes from tenders, referrals and searches that are very precise: a type of goods, a vehicle, a route or a region ("refrigerated transport" plus a city, "pallet delivery" plus a region, "last-mile courier").
Your website and Google profile are where a new shipper checks that you really cover their route and their kind of goods. One clear page per real service and area, with real capacities and constraints, does more than a long brochure. See SEO and local SEO.
Where the time goes
- "Where is my delivery?" calls and emails, answered by phoning drivers.
- Proofs of delivery and documents requested again and again by customers and accounting.
- Quotes for one-off runs, built by hand and sent late.
- Invoicing and collection: invoices sent in batches, disputes about waiting time or extras, payments that slip.
- Reporting: punctuality, incidents and margin per customer rebuilt from spreadsheets.
What we would build
- A customer portal: shipments, status, proofs of delivery and invoices in one place, each customer with their own access. See client portals.
- AI customer support that answers status and document requests from your transport system, and hands over to a person for incidents. See AI customer support.
- An operations watch: an alert when a delivery is late against plan, when a document is missing after a delivery or when a customer's volume drops. See operations watch.
- An unpaid-invoice agent that follows the legal terms of your sector and stops as soon as payment arrives. See the unpaid-invoice agent.
- Connections between tools: transport management system, telematics, accounting and the approved e-invoicing platform, through their official APIs where they exist. See API integrations and dashboards and data.
French rules specific to transport
A shorter payment term. For road freight, vehicle rental with driver, freight forwarding and related services, Service-Public states that payment terms cannot exceed 30 days from the invoice date, shorter than the general rule for other businesses. Late penalties are due without a reminder being needed, and a fixed recovery indemnity applies per unpaid invoice. A reminder agent built for a carrier uses that 30-day clock.
Electronic invoicing. Since 1 September 2026, every company in France must be able to receive electronic invoices, and large and mid-size companies issue them through an approved platform; small and micro businesses follow on 1 September 2027. With many small invoices a month, a transport company gains a lot from connecting its system to the approved platform properly. We build around the platform you choose; we are not one.
Questions we get
Do you replace our transport management system?
No. The portal, the assistant and the watches read from it. If it has an official API, we use it; if not, we agree on a reliable export.
Can drivers use it?
If useful, yes: drivers can send a delivery photo or a status by WhatsApp or a simple web page, which then updates the portal. We keep it as light as possible for them.
Will the AI promise delivery times to our customers?
No. It reports what your system says (planned time, current status) and passes the conversation to a person when there is an incident. It never invents a time.
Where is the data hosted?
In your name or on a server we run for you, with daily snapshots and backups, access per person and a log of what every agent did.
