A newsletter written and sent for you, free or paid
Our newsletter service runs the whole chain for you: a sign-up form that collects real consent, issues written from checked sources in your voice, sending set up so messages reach the inbox, and, if you want, a paid subscription with payment and access handled. You approve the line and the first issues; then it goes out on the rhythm you choose.
What we do for you
- A sign-up form on your site and social profiles, with an unticked consent box and a clear promise of what people will receive
- An editorial line agreed with you: audience, topics, tone, frequency, what you will never send
- Each issue written from checked sources, with links, and approved by you as long as you want to approve them
- Sending set up on your own domain with email authentication, an unsubscribe link in every message and one-click unsubscribe
- A paid tier if you want one: checkout, recurring payment and access for subscribers (see payments and checkout)
- Short videos to grow the list on Facebook and Instagram (see social media video)
- A monthly report: subscribers, unsubscribes, opens and clicks as your sending tool measures them
Who it is for
- Fits: experts, shops and services with something useful to say regularly
- Fits: creators and publishers who want to turn readers into paying subscribers
- Fits: businesses sitting on a customer list they never write to
- Does not fit: anyone wanting to email a bought list; we do not do that
What we have done
In France we launched a paid daily newsletter with its subscriber base and its payment: sign-up, free-to-paid offer, checkout and delivery, and a short daily video on Facebook and Instagram to bring new readers. It is our own project, so we carry the same constraints you would: consent, deliverability, and something worth reading every day.
Consent comes first
In France, the CNIL states that sending advertising by email to individuals requires their consent before the first message: free, specific, informed and unambiguous, given by a positive act such as ticking a box that is not pre-ticked. There is one exception: a business may write to its existing customers about similar products or services it sells, provided they were told and could object; creating an account alone does not count as a purchase. Every message must show who is sending it and offer a simple way to refuse future messages.
Emailing professionals follows a lighter regime in France (legitimate interest, if the message relates to their job), but the identity and opt-out rules still apply. We set up your forms and your lists to match the rules of the countries you write to, and we never import a purchased list.
Reaching the inbox
Mailbox providers now set technical rules. Google's guidelines for sending to Gmail ask every sender to authenticate their domain with SPF or DKIM and to keep the spam rate reported in Postmaster Tools under 0.3%. Senders of 5,000 messages a day or more must also set up DMARC, align the From domain, support one-click unsubscribe for marketing messages and include a clearly visible unsubscribe link in the message body. We set this up on your domain before the first send, whatever your volume.
How it runs
- Set-up. Domain authentication, sending tool, sign-up form, welcome email, privacy wording.
- Editorial line. Topics, format and frequency agreed with you, with two sample issues.
- Each issue. Research from sources, writing, your approval, scheduled send.
- Growth. Sign-up blocks on your site, short videos on social media, and ads only if you decide to spend.
- Paid tier (optional). Offer, checkout and access set up; subscribers manage or cancel easily.
- Monthly review. What was sent, what people read, what to change.
What we need from you
- Your domain (access to its DNS settings) and, if you have one, your existing list with proof of how it was collected
- Your expertise: a short call or notes on what you would tell a customer this month
- Someone to approve issues within an agreed delay
- If paid: your payment account, prices and terms, which stay yours to decide
Questions we get
Can you import the contacts we already have?
Yes, if they gave their consent or are existing customers who can receive messages about similar products, as the rules allow. Contacts with no consent and no purchase stay out; we can invite them to sign up in a way that respects the rules.
Which sending tool do you use?
We use a sending service on your own domain, in your name, so the list and its history stay yours. If you already have a tool that works, we can use it.
Can a newsletter really be paid?
Some can, when each issue saves readers time or money. We set up the offer and the payment; whether readers pay depends on the content, and we do not promise a number of subscribers.
Who writes it, an AI?
We write with the help of AI tools, from checked sources, and a person reviews every issue. You approve the line and as many issues as you want to.
